[Leica] The Storm

Plumbers are going to be busy in New Orleans.  They don't build plumbing
for that temperature that far south.  Sonny, I assume Natchitoches builds
with pipes somewhere other than in the attic or outside the structure as I
see all along the coast, especially in historic buildings.
