[Leica] LUG server was down but now back up

[Brian Reid]

Right you are. I just finished tracing it to Vitsyebsk, in Belarus.

This was an unfortunate morning to have email broken, because my
granddaughter Zoe Elizabeth was born a few hours ago in Chelsea and
Westminster Hospital in London and my daughter was frustrated that she
couldn't get birth announcement emails to send. (My family email runs on
the same server as the LUG).
