Periodically, Microsoft decides that the entire LUG is spam and blocks 
LUG mail. This is probably what Douglas is seeing--he probably isn't 
receiving LUG mail. The last time this happened it took me several days 
of paperwork to change Microsoft's bureaucratic ruling.
