Tried a 30s exposure of Haystack Rock by Cannon Beach using a 6 stop ND
filter.  Too far from the waves to get what I really wanted, but I was
happy.

So, I tried to get a bit closer to the water so I would get some waves
in the foreground and tripped the shutter.   Well, 30 sec is a long time
and in comes a wave.  I debated leaving the tripod in place and running
for the shore, but the wave did not seem to be dying down, so I grabbed
the tripod and ran before the 30 sec was over.  Here is the result.

Further south is a nice blow hole called Sprouting Horn.  I was there at
a good time tide wise.
