I have always been ambivalent about this holiday, but still, we are celebrating it with our Spanish friends who find the turkey, pecan pie etc. all very interesting and exotic. So, to my friends in the US, may your turkey be perfectly cooked, may your football team win, and most importantly, may you spend this day with people you love.
