[Leica] Trains - week 42

The mine and chemical operation may have one of the larger railyards in the eastern half of the state. They have a contractor () (AFAIK) who handles all on site rail traffic. Both CSX and Norfolk Southern service them daily, leaving material and empties and removing trains already built by the mine crews.
