[Leica] Face Plant and Monitors

Thanks, LUG.  In spite of all of the advice and rolling my settings back 2
days, I never could get the 2nd monitor to work.  Tom had an old ViewSonic
monitor that he wasn't using so I hooked that up and it works fine.  I
guess that means my Dell monitor bit the dust.  I'll start shopping for a
new one.
