The lack of employees seems to be world wide. There are help wanted Signs
at all levels in the Austin area: Amazon is running ads talking about high
starting wages, health care from day one, college tuition assistance, and
possible stock options. Tesla/SpaceX are also everywhere looking for all
levels. Then there are the hospitality positions.
