[Leica] What is the definition of "Fine Art Photography"?

I don't think that photo is of a French location, as it looks like the 
Glenfinnan viaduct in Scotland at a guess, Philippe.
Mind you, I haven't been there, but Harry Potter and those trips to the 
cinema with my youngest.....
