[Leica] Tuesday Trees

Greetings to all.  Spring is definitely here for most trees.  The redbuds
bloomed out on schedule regardless of the past cold weather:

This is a different tree, one that usually catches my hat as I walk by:

Did the tree split the rock or was that a convenient way down to the stream
bed?
