[Leica] Alpa. Topcon. Exakta mounts answers as not much data out there

Okay. Have all three in hand.  

Need alpa lenses or adapters

Exakta preset fit and work on topcon dm fine

Exakta semi auto all wrong but fit topcon 

Topcon semi auto all wrong does not want to fit Exakta vx

Topcon adapall works great on.  Topcon. 

Alpa flange to film is almost as narrow as m Leica. Just 1mm off
