Greetings to all.  Things are getting back to normal around here.  Someone
bought the back unit of a new duplex so the finishing touches were being
added.  This is a welder setting up the track for a moving gate:

This is one of my neighbors discovering some wood rot under the siding
where a car port fell in under the snow load:
