[Leica] TECH - HELP : LR experts' advice (much) needed

Only sympathy here as well :(

I’ve gone to manually backing everything up on three separate drives, one is always off-site. Everything: RAW files, converted TIFF files, adjustments in the form of layered PS files, final flattened files. Daily if necessary. Software that uses hidden and/or cryptic sidecar files is banned on my computer. It’s a system that has worked well for the last ten years and I’ll continue to use until dementia makes it unreliable.
