[Leica] Up-resolution with PS Enhance and with Gigapixel

Howard, that is a good comparison.  I agree, for extreme enlargement, 
Gigapixel appears to be slightly sharper. For my own use, my brief 
experience with Enhance makes me believe it will serve my needs.
