Color bars are not a test pattern, and they are not usually able to be
accurate on a computer monitor as we don't get (usually) the depth of
control of a video monitor.
Pro video cameras and editing suites generally have color bar generators to
aid in matching cameras to each other. It makes for much less subjective
results than grey/white/black cards and AWB.
That said, the usual answer when asked in a control room with a dozen
monitors, "Which monitor is correct?" is "the one you like!" ;-)
