[Leica] IMGS: Hurricane Mitch

Hurricanes are different from Snowstorms, and what happened last week in
Texas was not just an act of God, it was also an act of greed.

A better comparison would be the situation in SW Louisiana and SE Texas
after the recent pair of Hurricanes. Even with "first world" advantages,
the mess is still significant, and the engine of recovery is chugging and
wheezing there as well. My son's neighborhood in fairly prosperous Iowa,
Louisiana is still a mess. Lake Charles is a disgrace.
