[Don Dory]

Greetings to all.  We begin with a common activity, a father with his
children learning to fish:

We decided after February's weather to upgrade our windows.  You start by
removing bits of the old windows, this time with a torch:

If a pane is recalcitrant you break it out:

Most of the time you can remove a whole pane:

Once you have removed the old you can clean up the space in preparation for
the new:

The new window in place, leveled and squared, gaps filled with foam you
trim it out to cover your shims and whatnot:
