[Leica] Already one year Ted passed away

Thank you Lluis for the reminder.  While I did not know him as well as 
many in the group, both I and my wife cherished our visit with him a few 
years back.  She still talks about it and tells some of his stories to 
others.  A great photographer and  a greater friend.
