[Leica] Folk Art Flag in Monroeville

It probably reflects the struggle for symmetry on ten slats pre-painted
and put together rather than an echo of a momentary political statement.
I'm surprised the maker didn't edge that table a little to the right as
he/she got the painting reasonably aligned with the background wall
laths. Then again maybe it was a deliberate comment.
