[Leica] Former City Hall in New Haven, Indiana

Don,

Did you click the link to see the current city hall? It is huge compared to the old one; I can't imagine what such a small town needs such a big government building for. I guess it is still small compared to Fort Wayne's city hall, which is a four-story building that occupies an entire city block (and still doesn't hold the entire city government).
