Interesting, Chris. I couldn't get any idea of the true scale of the 
size of it as your image doesn't have a definite comparison - the 
building and the fence are ambiguous. Mind you, having a look at Trump's 
Great and Perfect Wall does make me realise that you do seem to like big 
things over there - fences, walls, and especially bombast :-)

So I had a look on Google and yes, it IS h-u-u-u-ge.
