[Leica] IMG: Old Macro Revisited

Philippe,

Since you formerly owned a 60 Macro, perhaps you can recall how the 
aperture settings must be set in order to install the extension tube on 
the lens.  I don't remember, and I can't seem to find anything online.  
Can you help an old geezer?
