The smoke in some ways added a very nice quality to the light. Kind of like the golden hour but for most of the day. Here are a few shots from the Cooks Meadow area.
Sun shining through some trees:

The more classic views from Sentinel Bridge with a bonus. And the smoke made for the most even lighting I have ever had there.

And the bonus:

While most people are taking shots towards Half Dome, I usually go to the other side of the bridge to grab one of my favorite reflections made all the better by the smoke.

And one with the Q2 from same point. I am still wrestling around with color rendition of DNG files from Q2 in Lightroom 6. It does not seem to have a good grasp on the Q2 DNG files. I might just have to bite the bullet and get the subscription version.

Any ideas on color for Q2 and LR6?
Comments welcome.
