[Leica] Minneapolis burning

Douglas, let's try to keep personal political feelings off the LUG.  The
pain in Minneapolis was caused by 1-4 very bad policemen.  The appropriate
prosecutorial work is being done. All levels of justice, city, state, and
federal are coming down on these individuals.
