[Leica] Friday Follies

Greetings to all.  Another Friday, another walk around South Austin.  We
start at a food truck court on a fairly major N/S artery.  This sign has
been there for more than ten years.  Occasionally it gets defaced and is
repainted.

This is a cropped vision of a large mural at the exit for a parking garage
just north of Lady Bird lake:

These next two are in a one city block park that is now mostly a place for
the homeless to be in the fresh air but close to the church and city food
kitchens/outreach programs.  Some must have some real talent.

Sprinkled throughout the downtown area are these painted artifacts.  This
was a contest some decades ago much like you see painted cows in some
cities:

Last for today is this message board at a gelato emporium demonstrating
that many/most of the reopening shops are doing a decent/great job being
responsible while keeping employees paid and rent paid:
