[Leica] A bias when collecting photographs

Hi Frank, I have talked to Alan Ross a few times. There is NO Moonrise in
the "Special Edition", it's one that Ansel Adams specifically said will
never be in that collection.

Now whether one of his assistants had printed Moonrise or not, that I do
not know.
