[Leica] RETROSPECT 36

Was it 76 that George Wallace campaigned.  Security had changed even then,
you couldn't get within fifty feet even with press credentials and 10 days
notice to check credentials.  I have photographs of Kennedy campaigning in
1960, no visible security and people right up next to him.  Times change.
