While the B&W version is a better photograph, the color wins as it does a
better job of informing the viewer of the culture and atmosphere.  As to
dusting off the shopkeeper in the third image, by his look I wouldn't
advise that.  Perhaps if you had bought a 25 kilo bag of rice...
