[Leica] Leica Store SoHo in NYC

At one time New Orleans had several camera stores like that, with a table
full of lens caps and hoods, and forty or fifty cameras in the used counter.

Shreveport had one and so did Alexandria.  None at all like that in
Louisiana anymore.
