Greetings to all.  The theme of this week is that for all practical
purposes the lock in place order is over in Austin.  Bars are limited to
25% of capacity and restaurants are 50% but the citizens are going back to
normal.  The first image is typical for spring where young couples go out
in boats to court, except in this world girls rule:

Nannies are out with their charges, trying to socialize young ones to
accepted behavior.  No, she would not wave even when we came back from the
grocery.

Families are out doing together things, boys on bikes, smaller children
being pushed in strollers:
