Tina,
Direct eye contact and eyes in focus for me for portraits. No sunglasses 
either. However, keep them in another complementary folder. On the first 
line, I'd keep the last two - money man and kebab man - and lose the 
first pair. On the second line the corporal wearing the sunglasses drops 
down as does headscarf man.
