Silicon Valley continues to be a place where college-kids are worked to
exhaustion with the promise of the big payouts, and anyone over 40/50 being
ignored. Perhaps things might change when the current crop of VCs get older
themselves but I kind of doubt it. Sadly, the cycle will repeat.
