[Leica] Price of each M9 photo...

I bought a Canon 1DsMKII in 2004 for many many thousands of dollars. I
don't remember what I paid, but it was a lot. In 2018 I threw it in the
trash because I couldn't get $100 for it on eBay and wasn't willing to
do the work of shipping a camera for any lower amount.
