[Leica] slight reprieve on yearbook deadline

I'm going to extend the LUG Yearbook submission deadline until Monday 17 
February because there is a possibility that Ted Grant could submit 
something by then. Ted's pictures are worth waiting for.

If you haven't submitted pictures to the yearbook you still can.
