Hi Brian,
That's an absolute horror show for you at any time, but, at this time of 
year, it is particularly difficult. I am deeply impressed by your 
cracking of the hospital system, as obfuscation and doublespeak seem to 
feature in our dealings with the medical profession - my wife is an 
eight year stage 4 cancer survivor, so we've had plenty of dealings with 
them.

I hope all heals up quickly for Victoria, and that you mind yourself too 
as I always seem to nearly kill myself accidentally when Geraldine is in 
hospital :-)
