[Leica] Ted Grant's opening at the NYC Leica Gallery back in 2014

As we're all thinking of Ted today, I looked to see if maybe there were any
worthwhile photos I'd taken but hadn't yet published from the time in 2014
when he had that excellent survey show in the Manhattan Leica Gallery.  I
found a few and added them.  Unsurprisingly, you'll be able to spot some
LUG people in the crowd.
