Nice exercise bike. I also have mine in front of a window, but the
traffic has decreased enough that it is no longer entertaining. I
hadn't thought there was a need for a helmet. I haven't fallen off,
yet. I have bumped my head on the light fixture that is above where the
dining room table once sat.
