[Leica] LUG yearbook

I'd agree that the yearbook should be as open as the gallery, and that
it should be only 2019 shots, and restricted to two per photographer.
With widely divergent levels of income common in the brave new society
we have all helped to forge, I rather prefer that individuals are not
forced to purchase the yearbook if they choose not to do so - for
whatever reason. However, I will contribute and will buy the book when
it is available. Thanks Brian for your offer to help us emerge from the
slough of despond clutching a brand new revived LUG Yearbook!
