Thanks.  This was with the Fuji XE2 and the Fuji 60mm 2.4 macro, 1/70, 
5.6 ISO 500.  I converted to B&W in Photoshop using the channel mixer 
and adjusting a little, probably with Tony Kuyper's luminosity masks 
which is what I usually use.  It has a "selenium" tone that I use for 
printing.  This is a PS hue/saturation layer with hue 229, saturation 5 
and lightness 0, layer set to 50% opacity.  That's about it.
