I find the portraits very interesting..... but I find the backgrounds, such as this one absolutely fabulous.
I was brought up on the images like Afghan Girl. McCurry had a magical way with background colors.... it made his images stand out.
As much as people, especially Leica people, love and believe at some level that B+W is pure, color images like this one say..... Color is King!
I need to study the Color Wheel again.....
