[Leica] Fastest way to get a new Q2

I'll tell him.  Problem is that since this is a new model, there seems to be 
a waiting list everywhere.  I was wondering if the Leica stores get first 
dibs in filling waiting lists or does a big retailer like B&H do as well or 
better.
