[Leica] Corner of Wells and Fourth Streets

This storefront is on the north end of the Welker Block, a century old commercial building with two storefronts on the corner of Wells Street and Fourth Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

 

For many years, it was a bar called the Happen Inn. Later, the used furniture store next door expanded into the former tavern's space. The furniture store closed in 2017 and the building was extensively renovated earlier this year. This photo was made in 2018 before the renovations began.
