Alfredo,

this image made during his miraculous recovery in the hospital, with his neurosurgeon, who removed a bullet from his midbrain. This bullet found its way into his brain after passing through the wall of his trailer,while he slept. For a long while this ten year old was very sick and survival seemed unlikely
