[Leica] first night sky photo

Very nice Richard, specially for a first :-)

Just a remark, I clicked to see it larger, and a poster popped up, full of grain/noise and artefacts. I would downsize it to something that allows viewing it better, without the inconvenience of a full-size display of the flaws. My two cents.

And please, keep clicking and sharing all the same.

Amities

Philippe

I used an M10 with 24/2.8 aspheric shot wide open for 32 seconds. Jupiter is the brightest object in the sky. There is some smearing of the stars from the earth’s rotation with the 32 second exposure. I’ll try another lens when I can get to a dark place again. Fun experience!
