[Leica] Blood Moon Eclipse practice photo

Very nice result from a camera lens and EFL of 420mm, Howard. Especially hand-held.

I’ll be picturing it with a Nikkor 80-400 zoom. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in Ohio under 8” of fresh snow that fell over the last 24h, and tomorrow night’s temps will be 0° F or below by mid-eclipse just after midnight EST. Setting up a tripod would involve shoveling snow, so I’m going to do what I can hand-held at high ISO with a fast shutter.

My 1085mm FL, 155mm f/7 apo refractor, of course, is spending the winter in Florida. I’m going to join it 6 days too late.
