[Leica] Quito and Panama Hats

Duane,
Thanks for looking.
I was thinking of buying a Panama Hat, but had no clue on how to
differentiate a good one from an average one, and shelved the plan. I
figured this was an ideal item for a self respecting shopkeeper to rob a
tourist blind... :-)
