I always enjoy your furred family portraits.  If you are looking for a
small camera try one of the Sony's, for full frame an A7III possibly.
There are a lot of small primes available for not a lot and if you feel
adventurous your Leitz lenses adapt will especially if you zone focus with
the wider focal length ranges.
