[Leica] Photo-editing software recommendations?

Manage files? or edit? or combined editor and manager?

I think it fair to say that there is a preponderance of Adobe users
here, all the way from Photoshop Elements, Photoshop to CC. But there
are others depending on what exactly your needs are.
