I would NEVER part with this lens.  When I saw it in the display case at
the camera store in 1985, I knew right away
what a find it was.  I guess they didn't, since it was priced at $12, and
had a card next to it that read "paperweight?"
At the same time I also bought a 19th century French brass focusing
magnifier, also for $12.  The photo gods must
have been with me that week, since a day or two later I found the Graflex
at another photo place and it was the
perfect camera for the Verito, being an SLR.
