A full bottle of wine during the day, presumably at lunch? The productivity
would fall off alarmingly in the afternoon.

I saw this in the City of London on Friday afternoons - most finance types
would have a lunch heavy on gin, and I found out quick enough that there
was no point scheduling appointments on Friday afternoon.....
